What is The 3rd Mathematics Competition (The 3rd MASCOT)?
The 3rd Mathematics Competition (The 3rd MASCOT) is an
annual event held since 2022, aimed at developing and enhancing the
mathematical abilities of Indonesia's young generation. This competition is
designed with a unique and creative approach, serving as an effective platform
to nurture students through a fun and innovative mathematics competition.
Through this activity, it is expected that the general public can become more
familiar with the Mathematics Study Program of FMIPA at Mulawarman University.
This competition aims to broaden knowledge, improve skills,
and hone the creativity of high school students in the East Kalimantan region,
as well as university students across Indonesia. In addition, The 3rd MASCOT
also aims to instill discipline and hard work, as well as motivate students in
developing their interests, talents, and achievements in the academic field.
By participating in this competition, participants are
expected to optimize their potential, achieve brilliant achievements, and make
real contributions in the field of mathematics. We invite all high school
students in East Kalimantan and university students from all over Indonesia to
join and compete in this prestigious event, and become part of our efforts in
advancing mathematics education in Indonesia.
